At Aadam Builders, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction with our premium timber products and services. While we strive for unparalleled quality and a confident experience throughout our project journey, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or return is considered.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be processed.

  1. General Policy

As a provider of custom-designed timber products and contractor services, our refund and return policy is generally determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the unique nature of each project and product.

  1. Product-Specific Returns & Refunds (e.g., Furniture Packages, Architectural Products)
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a product received (e.g., furniture item, door, window) is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery or installation, Aadam Builders will inspect the item. If the defect or damage is confirmed to be due to manufacturing or handling by Aadam Builders, we will, at our discretion, offer repair, replacement, or a partial/full refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: All claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt).
  • Notification Period: Any claims for defective or damaged products must be reported to Aadam Builders within 7 days of delivery or installation. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a refund or return.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, where possible, and within original packaging.
  • Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of many of our architectural timber products, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has commenced, unless there is a confirmed defect or error attributable to Aadam Builders.
  1. Service-Specific Refunds (e.g., Timber Works Contractor Projects)
  • Project Scope and Agreement: Refunds or adjustments for project services will be managed according to the terms outlined in the specific project contract or agreement signed between Aadam Builders and the client. This includes terms related to project milestones, payment schedules, and any provisions for cancellations or scope changes.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service: While we aim for meticulous planning, clear communication, and close supervision to meet client objectives seamlessly, any concerns regarding service quality should be raised immediately with your project manager. Resolutions will be sought through direct communication and, if necessary, adjustments to the service or project scope as mutually agreed
  • Cancellations: Cancellation terms for projects will be detailed in the individual project contract. Clients may be liable for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

  1. Exclusions

This policy generally does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or accidents after delivery/installation.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Changes in wood color or grain are natural characteristics of timber.
  • Issues arising from client-supplied specifications or designs unless an error in execution by Aadam Builders is proven.
